About gift wrapping
Cupola gift items will be delivered in packaging in the brand's colors of black and vivid pink.
When wrapping, we do not include any documents that indicate the price, such as an invoice.
From the gift settings on the cart screen, please select the desired box size (with or without a sticker), a carrier bag (if required), and any gift wrapping you would like.
We also provide free simple envelopes and boxes. We will choose which container to use depending on the number of bottles.
The pink ribbon will be attached using a Cupola logo sticker.
<Regarding large orders for wedding gifts, souvenirs for events, etc.>
If the item is not in stock in the shop, we will need to order it from our workshop, so please place your order as soon as possible.
It may take 1 to 2 months. Please contact us separately to place your order.

Gift delivery fee

If you order up to 5 days in advance, you can specify a date and time.
Shipping fees are required for each delivery address. If there are multiple delivery addresses or multiple deliveries, shipping fees will be charged for each delivery.
・Estimated delivery date <br/>We will ship within 3-4 business days from the date of order. If there is any delay, we will contact you by email.
The estimated delivery time is 4-5 days from the date of shipment.
